Penis reduction

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A penis reduction is a medical procedure by which a penis is permanently reduced in length, girth, or both. Though uncommon, it is usually employed when the penis is so large it causes unwanted pain in sexual partners, or the male is unable to effectively pump enough blood to it to become erect. The procedure is most often a surgical one, though there have also been reports of purposeful and non-purposeful penis reductions as a side effect of testosterone therapy.
