Penha-de-Franca is a census town in North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa. It shares its name with a neighbourhood in Lisbon, where it is spelt Penha de França.

Penha-de-Franca has an average literacy rate of 81%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 83%, and female literacy is 78%.
