Penelope Williamson (b. Fairbanks, Alaska) is an American writer of romance novels as her real name and as the pen names Elizabeth Lambert and Penn Williamson. She is a ex-captain the Marines.

Penelope Williamson was born on Fairbanks, Alaska (USA). She was a girl of the Navy during eleven years, reason why she decided to enter the Marines during six year and where she reached the degree of Captain.

Now, she resides with her husband in San Francisco, they have two cats and a horse called Doctor Boyd.
