Pen Sovan

Pen Sovan (born 1936) was the first Prime Minister of the Hanoi-backed People's Republic of Kampuchea. He served from 27 June 1981 until 5 December 1981.
Pen also served as Secretary-General of the People's Revolutionary Council of Kampuchea from 29 May to 5 December 1981, when he was replaced by Heng Samrin.
