Pen Pen TriIcelon is a video game developed by General Entertainment otherwise known as LAND HO! and released for the Sega Dreamcast. It was a launch title for the system's initial United States release.

[edit] Gameplay
The player controls little penguin-like characters called Pen Pen, who compete in triathalon type events called TriIcelon. Tri-Ice-alon races consist of three separate sporting styles in one game: running, sliding, and swimming.

The game's characters are called "Pen Pen" since they resemble penguins. They are described as living on a small planet called Iced Planet. The Pen Pen inhabit most of the planet's surface and are shown to have their own language.[1]
There are six types of Pen Pen in the game - all of varying shapes and sizes. Each type is adept at running, sliding and swimming through its environment of snow, ice and cold weather.
- Sparky - an active and happy-go-lucky Pen Pen, although he can also be a bit childish at times. He loves speed! However, he always likes to give his best performance when racing.
- Tina - Sparky's ideal rival is a very rich and pretty Pen Pen, but also a bit of a snob. She likes to dress up and make herself look as good as possible.
- Ballery - this Pen Hippo likes to pretend that she's a cute, sweet girl that is excited by the slightest thing. However, she is actually very jealous and likes to meddle in the affairs of others.
- Jaw - this Pen Shark is a bit wild and an all-around bad fellow. He has a fast temper, tends to get a little rough when he's angry.
- Back - a very laid back Pen Walrus who likes to relax, but is extremely strong.
- Sneak - a Pen Octopus and a joker that loves to play tricks. He is very mischievous, a trait that sometimes works against him.
- Mr. Bow - a reckless and sometimes foolhardy Pen Dog.
- Hanamizu - not much is known about this Pen Pen....

The game features four courses, each with its own owner. The first course, "Sweets" is owned by Mrs. Cream, the kind and friendly mayor of Sweets Town. The "Jungle" course is owned by its leader Unga Pogoa, who loves animals and nature. The "Toys" course is owned by Bambi Mask, a colourfully dressed gentleman. Bambi Mask always wears mask to make kids smile and no one has seen his true appearance. The last course, "Horrors" is owned by Horror Man, a count from the Horror family which rules all monsters and ghosts on Iced Planet. He is 4771 years old and loves scaring others.
