Born William Neil Sargent about 0130 Saturday 16th November 1968 at the Sceva Speare Memorial Hosiptal in Plymouth New Hampshire. Only son of Patsy Ruth Highnight Sargent of Hooks, Texas & Samuel Frye Sargent of Revere, Massachusettes.

I take the name Pemigewasset from the river that runs through my home town in Plymouth New Hampshire.

I'm a medic & firefighter, a Navy Corpsman & disabled veteran.

In January 2000 my mother was hospitalized in the ICU of SSMH for bilateral pneumonia just yards away from where I was born.

Married Mary Catherine Kossa of kenneifck, Texas on 18th July 1998.

Father was born May 1943 & grew up in Plymouth. He joined the US Army after high school & was stationed at Red River Army Depot in Hooks Texas where he met his future wife.

Mother was born 6th January 1945 in Hooks, Texas. She was diagnosed with [Lupus] and died of complications on 26th March 2004
