Pedro Antonio Ríos Reyna (Colón, Táchira State, Venezuela. November 6, 1905 - February 13, 1971, New York City, USA) was one of the most important Venezuelan classical musicians.

He spent his childhood in Caracas and studied in the Fermín Toro Grammar school. In 1913, he began to study violin, with the teacher José Bautista Llanozas and soon entered to the Superior School of Music, with Juan Bautista Plaza. When his father was very ill, he played the violin to maintain his family. Soon, he became a professor in the Superior School of Music. In 1929, he became General Secretary of the Caracas Philarmonic Union. In 1930, he was one of the members that created the Venezuela Symphony orchestra and was a member of the Orchestra until 1963. He organized for 10 years the dominical concerts at the National Library. In 1968, he created the Caracas Chorale of the Philarmonic and the Central University of Venezuela Student Orchestra. In 1970, he founded the Symphonic Experimental Orchestra. He died in an automobile accident, in New York, February 13, 1971.

He married Graciela Rousset, with whom he had four children.

In 1983, in honor for his work and legacy the principal Concert room, of the Venezuelan most important cultural complex (Teresa Carreño theater) was named Ríos Reyna Concert Room.
