The Peace Center for the Performing arts is a non-profit organization opened on November 30, 1990 to bring the finest in performing arts to Greenville, South Carolina. The Peace Center's mission is to present the world's finest performing artists, sustain state-of-the-art venues and provide quality services to support local arts organizations and foster life-long appreciation for the arts through comprehensive education and outreach programs.

Founded with the philosophy that a strong cultural life is integral to a community's success, The Peace Center is an advocate for the arts, and actively participates in the economic development and cultural advancement of the upstate.
