From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Peasemore is a village and civil parish in Berkshire, England.

It is located in the West Berkshire unitary authority, west of the A34 road and north of the town of Newbury.

Peasemore is a beautiful, quiet village with a population of under 300 people.

Although the village post office closed a number of years ago, and the bungalow that housed it (Greentrees) has recently been demolished and replaced by a housing development, the village is still home to a popular public house (The Fox & Hounds), a well used village hall, a cricket club & a large church (St Barnabas).

Other villages nearby include Leckhampstead and Beedon.
