Pearl River Central NJROTC Is one of the top NJROTC units in the nation, continuously scoring well in national and regional competitions, [1] despite being 7 years old. It is located in Pearl River County, Mississippi at Pearl River Central High School, and is headed by Lieutenant Commander Bob Marks and Chief Petty Officer Jeff McClure. The Pearl River Central NJROTC has been to Navy Nationals four years in a row. Some of the high points are when they took first place in the Academic Competition two years ago, and last year taking second place in the Armed Exhibition Competition.

Some of the various teams that cadets can participate on are the Armed Drill Team, both basic and exhibition, the Unarmed Drill Team, both basic and exhibition, the Colorguard Team, P.T. Team, Academic Team, and the Air Rifle Team.
