PCL Constructors Inc. (PCL) is one of the largest general contracting organizations in Canada and the US. The company is active in the commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, heavy industrial and civil construction sectors. The company's international headquarters and training centre is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In 2006, PCL opened its new headquarters building, designed by the Canadian architectural firm Cohos Evamy, and built by PCL.

PCL is a privately run subsidiary, which is wholly owned by PCL Employees Holdings, which, as its name suggests, is privately owned by its employees. PCL is PCL Employees Holdings' main operating subsidiary. At the conclusion of the fiscal year 2004, PCL's billings were in the range of $3.2 billion.
