Does anybody know if there's a product like this that exports a VNC interface over ethernet rather than a console interface over RS/232?

All the "KVM Cards" out there seem to be nothing more than a normal analog-to-digital KVM-over-IP that happens to sit inside the server case and draw power off the PCI pins.
