Paxton Township, Ross County, Ohio

Paxton Township, one of the sixteen townships of Ross County, Ohio, is located in the southwest corner of the county. The village of Bainbridge is in Paxton Township.
Bainbridge Elementary School (now a preschool) is in Bainbridge, and the Paint Valley High School falls within the township.
Landmarks in Paxton Township are the first dental museum of the United States, and Seip Mound, the largest reconstructed mound in the Ohio Valley region.
