Pawłokoma

Pawłokoma is a village in southern Poland, about 30 km southeast of Rzeszów and 35 km west of Przemyśl. Situated in Podkarpacie Voivodship, in Rzeszów County, Dynów commune (gmina), Previously (1975-1998) Pawłokoma belonged to Przemyśl Voivodship.
A monument was erected in Pawłokoma in 2005 to commemorate the Ukrainian victims of Pawłokoma massacre of March 1945. The village was burned in October 1945 by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and rebuilt thereafter.
In 1939 the village had a population of 1189.
