Welcome!

Hello, Paul210, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. --Db099221 03:31, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Fraslet 19:03, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

And just exactly where have I added these inappropriate links? Paul210 21:57, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

Adding links to your own personal site is not allowed, nor does it add anything to the article. Fraslet 22:24, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Armadale, Fauldhouse and Winchburgh

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. Fraslet 17:58, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue spamming you will be blocked from editing. Fraslet 20:47, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

It is ironic that you have been removing linkspam on other articles and yet do not see your own additions as being of the same ilk. Regarding your [addition] to my talk page, you may wish to read WP:CIVIL so as not to risk falling foul of these simple rules in the future. Fraslet 15:03, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Please refrain from adding the links mentioned above. They're clearly innapropriate for this project. Sasquatch t|c 16:17, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Alan Clare

Please do not remove completely appropriate unreferenced tags from this article, or any other articles you have removed this or similar tags from. They are there for a reason. Please read WP:A, which is an official Wikipedia policy, and WP:CITE for guidance. if you continue to remove such appropriately added tags, you may in future receive warings for vandalism or disruption to wikipedia.  DDStretch  (talk) 15:48, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. [1] The JPStalk to me 16:32, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Civil

You may wish to read WP:CIVIL as your recent edits to my talk page have certainly breached this. At no point have I criticised you personally. Fraslet 17:23, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Warning

Hi Paul, please stop adding those links to blogs, and be nice to everyone, including Fraslet. If you persist in misbehaving we might have to block you. Quarl (talk) 2007-03-08 08:44Z
