Regarding the image you uploaded, Image:B17-F Thumper.jpg, I have bent the rules and changed the licensing tag to something that might be acceptable given the email you posted. Wikipedia-use-only licenses are not allowed as Wikipedia is mirrored in many other sites. I have changed the license to a creative commons attribution (CC-BY) license. Please review the terms of this license on the image page. If it is acceptable under the communication you had with the copyright holder, please fill in the relevant info table, e.g. info on the subject of the picture, photographer, date taken, etc. If the CC-BY license is not acceptable (Please check the copyright holder if there is any question), please change the license to {{fair use}} and fill out the info as above.
