Paul D. McDonald, MBA, ACS Overland Park, Kansas
Paul David McDonald (1968– ), is an award-winning speaker, writer, and business & technology consultant. He is the founder of the Johnson County Speakers Bureau in Johnson County, Kansas. Before his work as a speaker and consultant, Paul was the CEO of SPIKEware, Inc, a consulting company based in first in Schaumburg, Illinois and later in Overland Park, Kansas.
Paul is an expert SAS System programmer and is often sought by companies in the United States to assist with their data and information related issues. He also is an accomplished trail chef and is regarded as an expert in the cooking process of barbecue and is widely credited as the creator of Smoked Meatloaf.

Although his vocation has primarily been in the area of consulting, speaking, and writing, Paul David McDonald has accomplished some notoriety in the clulinary world. The staff of the National Barbecue News has acknowledged him and he is widely accepted as the creator of a dish called Smoked Meatloaf -- a variation of a common American meal involving ground meats and seasonings.
