[edit] No more stub?

I imported ("copied") the General's official biography, so the stub status should be null and void. I'm not clear on how the review process for that might be done, so ... I'll let somebody else more in-the-know elevate this. Rthr-X 17:49, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
