[edit] Calling London

I don't recall his 450 splash ever being called "Calling London". I always heard them just refer to it as a 450 splash. TJ Spyke 21:57, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

I don't remember them ever using this name either. In fact, someone removed the name "Cosmic Cyclone," which I actually thought I remembered Josh Matthews using on an edition of Velocity when London was going through that "grey fur coat and stomping" period. WikiFew 16:42, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
It used to be called that on his ObsessedWithWrestling.com profile, that is where everyone is getting it from. I don't remember it ever being called that either. I'm taking it out, seeing as the only verifiable source I have heard of for it no longer calles it that. The Hybrid 05:48, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
I reverted your edit as you this discussion is about the 450 splash and you removed info from the shooting star press --- Paulley
OOOPS, good catch ;) Sorry about that, I'll take care of the right one now. The Hybrid 04:19, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] SSP Name

In ROH, London's top rope SSP was clearly called the London Star Press, so please stop removing that information. If you don't believe me, go look up London vs Danielson 2 out of 3 Falls or London vs Styles at Night of the Grudges; in both of those matches, the announcers clearly refer to it as the London Star Press.WikiFew 05:28, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

You are absolutely right. The article says London Calling for the top rope version and London Star Press for the standing one, but that's not quite right, is it?83.233.58.55 19:05, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Paul London's name

I don't know how reliable of a source on tv.com is for biographies, as looks like biographies can be edited users with Level 2 registered on Tv.com

Registered users on imdb.com can not freely edit instead reports are sent to database managers.

List name as Paul Sanchez Garcia London, the Talent Agency having a business relationship with the actor appears to be a stronger source. ▪◦▪=Sirex98= 23:55, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

omg..whatthe hellhappened to his move set...it used to be like 40 things now its only cut down to 11.-TheRealHBK

[edit] Crappy Photos

I just noticed recently that a lot of pro wrestlers are getting crappy new photos on their Wikipedia articles. They all look like they were taken candidly by a cell phone and are just crappy. Why is that? Do we suddenly not have the rights to use their nice photoshoot images taken by WWE? This one and Brian Kendrick's are probably the worse I've seen so far, but then there's also Chris Benoit, Steve Austin, and others. Cale 06:06, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

They are free use, and are favored over the fair-use WWE pictures. All the WWE Pictures are getting deleted as we speak. -- Mikedk9109  (hit me up)  18:57, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
We are all pained by the crappyness of the photos, but by law we must use these over the WWE ones. -- THLRCCD 19:00, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
They are not even that bad, and your telling the creator (me), that I have crappy photography skills? -- Mikedk9109  (hit me up)  19:09, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
It was more of a generalization; not a comment about this particular photo. Sorry if I offended you. -- THLRCCD 19:14, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Wait, you've met Paul London? -- THLRCCD 19:17, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Yes, I have. -- Mikedk9109  (hit me up)  19:21, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Cool. I would ask questions, but since I'm the one always complaining about these pages being used as a forum... -- THLRCCD 19:23, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
There's nothing wrong with your photohraphy skills, but a picture with a more neutral look would be better. I bet many casual WWE fans wouldn't even recognize London from that picture.83.233.58.55 19:03, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
