I removed information about Congressman Gillmor that was clearly taken from his website and was not neutral. I added back some information from a previous edit that was significant but not presented in a neutral way (RE: Gillmor's views in comparison with the Main Street Partnership). I was not able to determine from web research whether Congressman Gillmor's positions were different in other ways. Knowledgable users should make the appropriate edits.
