The bottom of the web page states "all rights reserved © 2005- 2006 elektramusic.com" so it is, in fact, copyrighted, unless they specifically state otherwise in the following ways:

See, we don't know that you're the general manager of Elektramusic. I could also claim to be the manager of Elektramusic. The tag must stay on until it can be verified. As of yet, the page in question still says "all rights reserved © 2005- 2006 elektramusic.com".
