I've moved your essay to your user page, I hope that's OK. In regards to your posting on WP:WSS/P: you surely don't mean to propose a stub category for that topic, do you? If you wish to create a stub article on the name Paudel, you can do so yourself, or if your account is too new to be able to do that yet, place a request at WP:AFC. Hope that helps.
