Pauli Esro Rantasalmi (born 1 May 1979 in Helsinki) is the guitar player of the Finnish band The Rasmus.
He co-owns the record label Dynasty Recordings with Lauri Ylönen, who is the singer in the band. Together they have also produced one of the Finnish band Killer's album before they split.
