Paul Torres (born April 20, 1968) is an American businessman and current Chairman and CEO of Fourth Block, a New York-based investment and strategic management firm. He joined Fourth Block in 2003 after working as a senior executive for boutique investment house Hilton Consulting Group.

Torres was born in Annapolis, Maryland and educated at New York University, where he received a bachelor's degree in finance and MBA in international business, and at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed the Executive Development Program.
