Chief Inspector Paul Stritch is a character in the long running ITV drama The Bill. He arrives at Sun Hill in March 1995. After a 7 month stint at Sun Hill he is forced to leave as Derek Conway returns to his original position of Chief Inspector after a stint as Acting Superintendent. His callsign was 54.
