Paul Christian Sampson (born in 12 July 1977) is a rugby union footballer who plays at wing or full-back for Blackheath, formerly with Worcester Warriors, Bath and Wasps from Wakefield

He now plays for London Welsh (2006).

His long-term partner is Kirsty Gallacher, by whom they have a son, Oscar[1]
