Paul King is a footballer, currently playing for Derry City's under-21 team. Known as 'Kinger' to his associates and comrades, he has on occasion been called up to play for the senior team, playing in numerous pre-season friendlies at the beginning of the 2006 campaign. Paul had previously played for Derry and District League team, Don Bosco's. Paul has also played in the Foyle Cup, finishing runners up in with the Derry and District League Select in 2005. He also captained the victorious Derry City team in The Umbro Galway Cup.

Paul is also studying for his A-levels at St. Columb's College in the city at the moment.
