Paul Donald Justin (Born May 19, 1968) in Schaumburg, Illinois, is a retired National Football League quarterback.
Justin, a graduate and football standout at Arizona State University, played with three different teams in his NFL career: the Indianapolis Colts (1995-1997), Cincinnati Bengals (1998), and St. Louis Rams (1999). Prior to his time in the NFL, Justin was the starting quarterback for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 1993 and the Frankfurt Galaxy in 1995.
