Paul Holland (born 8 July 1973 in Lincoln) is a former English footballer, and is currently assistant manager at League Two club Mansfield Town. Holland has previously served as the club's youth team coach, and was appointed caretaker manager following Peter Shirtliff's dismissal on 19 December 2006. This spell as caretaker came to an end on 28 December, when Bill Dearden was named manager. Holland, who had won his only match in charge of the Stags (a 2-0 away win against Darlington), subsequently returned to his old position as assistant manager.

As a player, Holland was a combative midfielder. He began his career with the Stags, and later played for Sheffield United, Chesterfield and Bristol City. He was forced to retire because of a knee injury in 2001, and joined Mansfield's coaching staff in January 2002.
