Paul Heathcote is a top chef, restauranteur and food consultant who spent 12 years under the guidance of Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.

Paul has also appeared on many UK food television shows.

He hails from Bolton, Lancashire and supports the town's Premier League football club Bolton Wanderers FC.
