Paul Frère (born January 30, 1917 in Le Havre, France) is a former Formula One driver and journalist from Belgium. He participated in ten grands prix, debuting on June 22, 1952. He achieved one podium, and scored a total of eleven championship points.

He also won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1960, driving for Ferrari with fellow Belgian teammate Olivier Gendebien.

He is the European Editor for Road & Track magazine.
