Paul Connor is a fictional character from the ITV1 soap opera Coronation Street, played by Sean Gallagher. He is one of Michelle Connor's brothers.
Paul first appeared in Weatherfield on September 6, 2006 when his brother Liam had contacted him about Adam Barlow wanting to sell his share of Underworld. Paul's wife Carla has since arrived.
Paul then took over the factory with Liam, spending all of his wife's children's clothing business's money, which lead to a furious row between Carla and Paul.
It was revealed to viewers that Paul was spying on Frankie and Jamie and had kept contact with Danny and revealed that Frankie and Jaime had broken up.
Paul was revealed as the new partner in Underworld as he had purchased Danny's 60% share.

In late January 2007, Paul forgot his wedding anniversary, but he later made it up to wife Carla by buying her a bottle of champagne and having a waiter play the violin. In late February 2007, Carla suspected Paul was hiding a dark secret from her. The secret, revealed by Liam on March 12th 2007, was that when Michelle's husband Dean died in a car crash, Paul was driving the car and Paul and Liam moved Dean's body to the driver's seat so that Paul would escape the repercussions of having driven while drunk.

It was announced on Sunday 18th February that Paul would be killed off in the summer and that he would die in Underworld. [1]
