Paul Alperstein was an American professional wrestling promoter from Chicago.

Founded the American Wrestling Federation in 1994 and remained CEO of the company until its closure in 1996.
Co-founder of Universal Bankcard Systems. Was found guilty of racketeering charges in 1999 and forced to pay substantial damages.
As of 2000 he had lost his fortune and was waiting tables at a Chicago deli.
