Paul Allen (born August 28, 1962 in Aveley, Thurrock, Essex) was an English footballer in the 1980s and 1990s. His position was midfield.

He was most famous for being the youngest player to play in an FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. Allen was 17 years and 256 days old when he appeared for West Ham United in 1980, against Arsenal. He was not however, the youngest player ever to appear in an FA Cup Final.

Allen went on to play for Tottenham Hotspur in both the 1987 (lost) and 1991 (won) Cup Finals. He also turned out for Luton, Southampton, Stoke, Swindon, Bristol City and Millwall.
