Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, known more commonly as Paul Hastings, is an international law firm with over 1,100 attorneys and 18 offices worldwide. Its first office was founded in Los Angeles in 1951 by Lee Paul, Robert Hastings, and Leonard Janofsky, three post-World War II attorneys.

Paul Hastings currently has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, Stamford, Washington, DC, Brussels, London, Paris, Milan, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
