PAUL is a French bakery established in 1889 in the city of Croix by Charlemagne Mayot.[1]

There are over 300 franchised PAUL bakeries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and in North America. Groupe Holder is the parent of the Lille based PAUL bakery.[2]
