Patrick Hindert is a knowledge worker based in Terrace Park, Ohio [1] in the United States. Hindert serves as Managing Director of S2KM Limited [2] . S2KM specializes in the application of knowledge management (KM) [[3]] to structured settlements and personal injury settlement planning. Hindert has participated in the United States structured settlement industry since its inception. Hindert is a member of the National Structured Settlement Association (NSSTA) [4], where he previously served as President and Director, the Society of Settlement Planners (SSP), where he previously served as Executive Director, and the Ohio State Bar Association [5]. With Daniel Hindert and Joseph Julnes Dehner, he is co-author of “Structured Settlements and Periodic Payment Judgments” [6], a legal textbook published by Law Journal Press. Hindert also authors the weblog “Beyond Structured Settlements” [7].
