Talk:Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Article title
Shouldn't this article be titled Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem? It appears to be the most popular spelling, and most(if not all) pages that link to this page seem to reference him as Patriarch Theophilos
Those in favor of renaming page?;

[edit] Israel
An earlier paragraph says the Patriarch has been "critiqued" by some for being "favored" by Israel, but this allegation is neither sourced or elaborated, it's just stated. Then confusingly, later there's a whole paragraph about how Israel has refused to recognize the Patriarch's status. How can his appointment be favored by the state if it's not even recognized? And why is it not recognized in the first place? I'll do some research later when I have the time and see if I can improve this article, but if anyone happens to know for the time being I'm just bringing up this discrepency (because I came to this article in the first place to learn more about the Patriarch's relationship with Israel).
