Though I'm loath to admit it, I can't seem to generate anything on the notability/attribution front for this article (loath because I created it). I don't like playing double standards, so I'm going to nominate this article for deletion soon if I or others can't find good sources for this. The term is in limited use, mostly by law firms and research companies, but I haven't found any examples where it has filtered into mainstream language, like on general descriptions of professions/jobs on the internet.
