[edit] Removal of two copyright acts

I have removed this two copyright acts from the United States section since in my opinion there are not "patent acts" but rather "copyright acts":

• Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act of 1998
• Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998
