Rome: Pathway to Power (released as Rome: AD 92 in Europe) is an adventure game with strategic elements set in ancient Rome. The objective is to advance a character from a Roman slave throughout the ranks of Roman society and eventually become Caesar.

Rome: Pathway to Power used an isometric interface first developed by Millennium Interactive for the game The Adventures of Robin Hood

Game is divided into 6 chapters:

Adventure level - You have to advance from slave to citizen and run away from erupting volcano

  • 2 - Rome 1

Adventure level - You have to warn emperor about planned assassination

  • 3 - Britain

Strategic level - You have to fight the Britons

  • 4 - Rome 2

Adventure level - You have to be elected to Roman senate

Strategic level - You have to protect Cleopatra

  • 6 - Rome 3

Adventure level - You have to become emperor
