Patties Bakery are the producers of the Patties, Snowy River and as of 2003 Four'N Twenty pies and related baked goods.

• Founded in 1966 by the Rijs family, immigrants from Holland.
• Based in Bairnsdale in Victoria's Gippsland region.
• Patties remains a family business
• In 2003 expanded substantially, purchasing the iconic Victorian brand Four'N Twenty from American multi-national Simplot, along with their other Australian bakery product lines and brand names.
