Location of Pattada in Italy

Pattada is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 150 km north of Cagliari and about 50 km southeast of Sassari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,434 and an area of 164.9 km2.[1] it's famous for the production of sardinian knifes named "resolza"

The municipality of Pattada contains the frazione (subdivision) Bantine.

Pattada borders the following municipalities: Benetutti, Buddusò, Bultei, Nughedu San Nicolò, Nule, Oschiri, Osidda, Ozieri.
