Patrick Ramiaramanana

Patrick Ramiaramanana is mayor of Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar. He was elected in 2003.
In 2006 he was the tenth-placed finalist for World Mayor.
He currently holds the world record for the greatest number of incidences of the letter "a" in the name a Mayor. Ever.
