Patrick Noubissie Youmbi (born June 25, 1983) in Bois-Colombes, France, is an French football player who is currently playing for Swindon Town in England.

Noubissie has played for CS Brétigny-sur-Orge, Le Mée-sur-Seine SF, CS Sedan Ardennes, US Roye Foot Picardie 80 and Crewe Alexandra.

In January 2007, Noubissie handed a trial by Swindon Town boss Paul Sturrock - he played in the 2-1 loss against Cardiff City Reserves. A week later (on transfer deadline day) he signed a permanent deal with the Wiltshire outfit that expires at the end of the 2006/07 campaign.

Noubissie and fellow team mate and Frenchman Sofiene Zaaboub knew each other from their careers in France - Paul Sturrock announced that the pair had been banned from talking French whilst at the club.
