Patrick Bowes-Lyon, 15th Earl of Strathmore (September 22, 1884–May 25, 1949).
Bowes-Lyon was the son of Claude Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and Nina Cecilie Cavendish-Bentinck. He was the older brother of Queen Elizabeth (née Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon), and therefore an uncle of Queen Elizabeth II.
He married Lady Dorothy Beatrix Godolphin Osbourne (3 December 1888–18 June 1946), daughter of George Osbourne, 10th Duke of Leeds, on 21 November 1908. They had four children:
