Patrick Binder, born on November 27, 1968 in Mulhouse, is a French and Alsatian politician. He is a chief accountant of profession and member of the Front National(FN) since 1989. He is married to Martine Binder regional adviser of Haut-Rhin and father of 6 children. Patrick Binder is elected to the 'conseil regional' of Haut-Rhin since 1998 and is the president of the Front National group in Alsace since 2004.
