Patricia Torres Ray

Patricia Torres Ray (born 1964 in Pasto, Colombia) is a DFL State Senator from Minnesota, representing Senate District 62 in southeast Minneapolis.

Ray was elected to the open seat in 2006, replacing the retiring Wes Skoglund. She is the first Hispanic American to be elected to the Minnesota State Senate.
