Patriarch Shio II of Georgia

Shio II (Georgian: შიო) was Catholicos Patriarch of Georgia from 1440 to 1443. A close ally of the king Alexander I of Georgia, he was actively involved in the rehabilitation of the country after the devastating invasions by Timur.
