[edit] Synopsis

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

The scene opens with Beavis and Butt-head walking towards the Southland Medical Centre. A woman in the waiting room prays that Beavis and Butt-head doesn’t sit near her, but Butt-head decides to sit near her. He tries to flirt with her, but is promptly slapped. In the next scene, Butt-head is in the dentist. Butt-head struggles against the dentist, and so he gives Butt-head laughing gas, despite the nurse’s protest that the laughing gas can only be bad. Butt-head begins to laugh ecstatically, before falling unconscious. The scene then goes back to Beavis in the waiting room. Beavis is reading a magazine, holding it very close to his eyes. The receptionist catches on to this, and suggests he take an eye exam. Beavis takes the eye exam, and does very poorly. The scene goes back to Butt-head, who is coming to. He realises that he cannot talk, and the dentist happily relates how he felt it necessary to wire Butt-head’s jaw shut. Back in the eye exam, Beavis finally manages to get a letter right, and so is prescribed very thick glasses; it becomes apparent that the reason Beavis could not read the letters is not because of his poor vision, but due to him being illiterate. Back at school, Coach Buzzcut is teaching Sexual Education. Butt-head tries to say the words “Sexual Intercourse” when prompted by Buzzcut, but when he cannot due to his brace, he is thrown out of lesson. Buzzcut asks Beavis to read the words, but after he fails due to his blurred vision with the glasses, he is also thrown out.

Spoilers end here.
